M(caps)ajor notification slated for
appointment of teachers in non-government educational institutions at secondary
and higher secondary levels is coming up again. According to Non-Government
teacher registration and certification authority (NTRCA), teachers can be
appointed for half a lakh vacant post.
The upcoming notification will be
known as 'Fourth Public Recruitment Notice'. NTRCA has already started
notification in this regard. The secretary of the institute, Dr. ATM Mahbub-Ul-Karim,
said he expects the fourth public recruitment notification to be issued in the
next three months. We have already started all activities in this regard.
On the question of the number of
posts in the public notification, he said that the third public recruitment
notification did not show any application for 8,448 posts and 6,777 women could
not be found in the quota posts and 15,325 posts could not be published. These
posts will be added to the fourth public recruitment notification.
'And so far, we have got a demand
for about 35,000 vacancies. In all, a notification will be issued for
appointment of teachers to half a lakh vacant post. But the number of these
posts may be more or less.’
NTRCA had earlier released the
results of the third public recruitment notification on July 15. From this
public recruitment notification, NTRCA initially recommended 34,610 people in
MPO institutions and 3,676 in non-MP institutions.
Earlier, on March 30, NTRCA issued
a public recruitment notice for recruitment of 54,304 teachers in non-government
educational institutions in the third phase.
According to the public release,
31,101 teachers were to be appointed at MPO and non-MPO school and college
level, 20,996 in madrassa, technical and business management, 2,207 reserved as
teachers.
